Policy

Once you've submitted your inquiry and availability has been confirmed, an invoice will be sent to your email. Unless instructed otherwise, the only payment accepted is through invoice via Wave.

Retainers are due within 48 hours of receipt of invoice. After the timer period, your invoice will be cancelled. Upon confirmation of availability, a 50% non-refundable retainer is to be placed to secure your order. Example: if your order total is $200, your deposit is $100 if you choose not to pay in full.

An order without payment is only an inquiry! Orders are confirmed based on availability. Once your inquiry is confirmed, you are allowed 48 hours before your invoice expires and your spot will be available to the next potential cakestomer.

Delights D'Laurent is not responsible for any damages to your order after it has left our care.

Delights D'Laurent is not responsible for incorrect information. Please ensure that the information you provide is accurate before inquiry submission. Any requests for changes to your order may subject to price increase.

Delights D'Laurent is not responsible for any damages due inclement weather. Weather including but not limited to snowstorms, rainstorms, heatwaves, etc.

Delights D'Laurent is a home based baker. Please understand that the exact pickup address will not be readily available until a day prior to your confirmed pickup date. 

Please arrive in a timely matter! Once the pickup address is provided, it is the customer's responsibility to schedule their arrival.

We understand that time moves quickly! Please notify us if you may be running behind schedule. Customers are granted a 20 minute grace period for pickup.

Please be mindful that you are most likely not the only cakestomer of the day. If you are late, there is a late/inconvenience charge of $25. Each additional 20 minute increment is subject to a charge of $20. After 2 hours, pickup will be fulfilled at our earliest convenience. Orders are considered forfeit 24 hours after scheduled pickup date 

Delights D'Laurent does not provide refunds unless authorized on our behalf. 

Delights D'Laurent does not imitate other cake artists' work. All images submitted at time of ordering will be used solely for inspiration on your desired cake order.
