Cake Care

Always hold the bottom of the cake box with both hands! When traveling with your cake, place it on a flat surface to prevent sliding. Turn the A/C on or make sure the heat is off! This will help regulate the cake's temperature to assure firmness and prevent melting.

Please treat your cake like a baby! Do not run errands leaving your cake in the car, no matter the weather, no matter the amount of time. Absolutely NO unnecessary stops!

Be sure to refrigerate your cake. It must be stored at or below 68 degrees ferenheit. 

Avoid moisture, heat and direct sunlight! Cakes are very delicate and buttercream is, in fact, butter! It will melt! Remember to refrigerate your cake when not being displayed, served or consumed.
